Roger helped us determine the correct price of the house we wanted to sell (higher than we thought). He presented evidence that proved right regarding the pricing of the house and the benefits and negatives of open houses. We definitely felt informed, and educated by Roger, every decision was made with his expert advice. Next time we are buying or selling a home, Roger will be my first call.
