A native of Atlanta, Dr. Royster earned his B.S. from the University of Georgia, where he was valedictorian, in 1977. He was awarded his M.D. from the Medical College of Georgia in 1980. He completed his orthopedic residency at Wilford Hall Air Force Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas. He received extensive training in sports medicine by way of a fellowship at the Hughston Orthopaedic Clinic. Dr Royster is THE BEST. I trust him to give me the best possible advice. If that advice involves surgery, I trust that he is the best person to do it. In addition, I can’t tell you how much it means to have a doctor who is a man of God and prays over his patients.
Best of the best physician. Office is efficient, friendly and thorough. Dr. Royster has excellent patient interaction skills. He explained the in office procedure and made it nearly painless. Excellent post op instructions and follow-up instructions. No cons.
