I went there, and the girl that was suppose 2 do my hair didn't even show up!! They said they didnt even have me down to get my hair done there!! But how did I know where it was, and how would I come up with a time IF I DIDN'T TALK TO SOMEONE WHO WORKED THERE??!! GO FIGURE!!! I was so frustrated & aggravated!!! That was my 1st time with that salon, SO NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL!!!!!

I would have loved to get a service but I got canceled on, told I would be followed up with, and then left hanging.
I had the opportunity to meet the owner, who is now opening another salon! Abby is professional, and sincere. It's one of the best salons in the East Village. I haven't heard anything but amazing feedback and reviews about how great this place is, and how they help people meet their hair goals! Get your appointment set, thheir schedule fills up fast!
