My name is Mary Sendice and I recently hired Robert for an inspection on a home I was interested in. I was'nt sure what to expect the house was built in the 60's and I thought it looked pretty good. Robert found things I just wouldn't have thought of looking for. I took the report and pictures to my realtor to see if she could get the bank to pay and or repair any of the items that were found.
