We have great experiences with R M Ratta Corp. They are our go to for anything Septic System related. Scheduling appointments is easy and the team is friendly and professional from start to finish. In addition to being timely, proficient and reasonably priced, my contractor told me my maintenance of the system was good, and that pumping would not be necessary for many years.
Ratta overcharged me for years. Their service was fine, people were nice, they came on time weren't booked out too far.... but! they overcharged me in three different ways: First off, Ratta said we needed our tank pumped every year, but another company I talked to said that was ridiculous, and every 2 years is fine (and they were the ones pumping us out after Ratta, so they were looking at the tank and knew what was in there and would have gotten more business if they said every year).
