We had a great experience with R&M Mechanical. Jackie and Gian were professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to clearly explain the issue, walked us through the repair process, and completed the work efficiently and carefully. Their attention to detail and friendly attitude really stood out. It’s reassuring to work with technicians who are both skilled and trustworthy. Insist on Jonathan for simply the best service. He serviced our on demand hot water and dual phase heating systems. He is punctual, courteous and beyond knowledgeable in his field. He arrived did an assessment, outlined expectations and proceeded to get to work. The work was completed in a timely manner and he left the work area cleaner than when he arrived. I cannot recommend Jonathan enough, he is thorough, informative and honest. Truly a gentleman tradesman.

Robert and his crew did a great job installing our tubwall. They were quick,efficient and kept their word on schedule time which is huge to us since another contractor had been stalling us 2+months. I will definitely use R&M again and highly recommend them if looking for a renovation contractor.

Called R&M after my hot water tank failed and flooded my downstairs. Jonathan(sp?) showed up around 2:30am to decommission the hot water tank, remove it, and cap the gas and water lines. Danny N came shortly after to assess the drainage problem that resulted in the flood, and figured out I had a collapsed pipe which would require replacing. Had I not gotten that information, any significant leak would back-flow and cause a flood. Appreciate his expertise & helpfulness. We recently experienced an issue with our heat pump, which stopped working. We contacted R & M Mechanical and a technician, Jonathan, attended the same day to diagnose the problem. Jonathan provided exceptional service from start to finish. He sourced a replacement part within a day and completed the work with expertise and meticulous attention to detail.
