I bought a used Silverado and couldn't be more happy with it. I was in and out with a new truck in just a couple hours. The Silverado even looked better in person than it did online.
I bought a new equinox in 2013. I've had it serviced here at Burritt since purchase, but lately things have been bad. Bill the service manager lies and stole my muffler. Purchased a Truck back in MAY and still have not received the title for the vehicle. It was purchased CASH. I have reached out several times with zero response. I just get the title departments voicemail with zero returned calls.
I totally understand that buying a car is a business transaction and the dealership needs to make money, but what I don’t understand is why they push away business by employing a sales rep who is completely deceptive and dishonest.
