We confirmed a vehicle was available and my husband drove three hours to the dealership. When he arrived, the vehicle was still available and he test drove it. During the test drive, the dealership accepted a deposit from another customer? This was unethical and poorly handled.

I bought a used Silverado and couldn't be more happy with it. I was in and out with a new truck in just a couple hours. The Silverado even looked better in person than it did online.

I bought a new equinox in 2013. I've had it serviced here at Burritt since purchase, but lately things have been bad. Bill the service manager lies and stole my muffler. My car was getting a bit loud. I stopped in and after looking at it I was told it needed whole new system at $850. I said no I can't afford that, and I would let them know. I looked thru papers at home and found receipts for new one less than 4 years ago. I called my nephew he came out to look at it. We were surprised no muffler. Purchased a Truck back in MAY and still have not received the title for the vehicle. It was purchased CASH. I have reached out several times with zero response. I just get the title departments voicemail with zero returned calls.
