Like others who posted here....I was called by R Lounge 30 minutes prior to my 5:30 reservation, not to confirm, but for them to cancel it!!! I was told a private party was booked and they would not be able to honor my reservation until maybe 8pm! Try finding a restaurant that can seat you 30 minutes in advance on a Saturday night in NYC during Christmas season so you can make a Broadway show, NOT! WAS VERY UPSET & DISAPPOINTED at their lack of care for their customers. Remove these guys from Open Table! Never going back!
