This place is just BULLSHIT!!! I had an ok experience when I bought my car 2 years ago...but when it comes to refferls they don't pay like they promised they give you soooooo much BULLSHIT!!!

I walk into RnL this morning, I was greeted with kindness. Brian was a blessing he did everything to put me in a vehicle. I totally recommend everyone to come get a car here.

R&L were very nice and helpful to get me into another truck. I highly recommend this dealership.
Not a good experience, got to the lot from a pre-approval salesman was great. Showed vehicles and tried to figure out best fit. Once we ready to inside crew forced him to bring us in, and then wanted us to fill out a credit app. Would have been okay just at that, but the insisted 3 more times. After what looked like the salesman had told the guys “behind the desk” we were ready to go. I understand enough about sales and customer service that you do your best to make the customer happy. Absolutely terrible experience. Drove down from Lubbock for a wider variety of vehicles to look at to upgrade from my current car. Was jerked around so much by their salesman and given such outrageously overpriced quotes on both cars and payments that we finally walked out so quickly I left my drivers license. Why they never returned it after they got a copy for the test drive or the first time they "ran the numbers" is beyond me. Called them and asked for it to be mailed to the address on the license.
