Great spot. I especially enjoyed the explanation of each dish and truly enjoyed not having to pick off a menu. Every course was fabulous and the flavors melded together perfectly! Thanks!!

We've eaten at amazing restaurants in Charleston and this is our favorite!! The food was out of this world delicious!! Don't be fooled by the unassuming exterior... the kitchen inside will win you over. The atmosphere was so fun and the chefs made us feel like they were cooking for us in their home. Everything was prepared exceptionally well and paired perfectly! If you haven't been to R Kitchen do yourself a favor and make a reservation NOW! We will be returning the next time we're in Charleston!
Great food, great chefs, great server - got so lucky we sat at the bar watching them prepare and serve the 5 courses, we enjoyed, the interaction and the banter between the staff was like the icing on a cake. Spreading the word of this amazing place, and we will be back ourselves!!

My mom and I started our trip in Charleston off right! We dined in R Kitchen our first night and it was nothing short of amazing! While the waitress took orders for beer and wine, she immediately recognized that I was under 21 and that my mom doesn't like to drink.
