Dr. Bohigian saved my life by diagnosing an extremely rare cancer of the olfactory nerve. I had symptoms for an unrelated issue in my left ear (turned out to be a dental issue). But Dr Bohigian did a thorough examination of my other ear and sinus because he is a consummate professional. He found something suspicious, had a biopsy done and it turned out that I had this rare cancer that only 1-2% of people have -- cancer of the olfactory nerve. Dr Bohigian is The BEST Otolaryngologist ever... After worst treatment I received @ Mass.Eye&Ear..I visited him..He took his time and carefully examine me...Long story cut short. He resolved my life long ear problem..( I even walked in without appointment afterword he did everything to accommodate me) ..Dr. Bohigian CARES....
Highly incompetent, unprofessional, inconsiderate team at this office. I came here for MRI results which should have taken 5 minutes tops, and ended up waiting an hour, and not being able to see the doctor at all. A woman found it inconceivable to have these results given to me over the phone, another later printed me my results upon request. I left and do not ever wish to return. Save yourself the time and frustration and go elsewhere.
