I called RK tree service in May 2014 and asked for a quote for stump removal. RK returned my call promptly and gave me a VERY good quote (approx. 2/3 of what competitors were telling me). I accepted the quote, verbally, over the phone...and RK told me he would be here in 1-2 weeks. Well, RK did not show. I called in July, and again (3 times) in August and left messages--I did not receive a return call--no explanation, no apologies for letting it slip, no claims of busy with crazy summer of 2014 storms.
