RJ Owens 2 employees replaced a skylight for us. I asked if they were doing a water tightness test or something similar when they finished. The lead man told me that skylight was a tight as a submarine and he'd been roofing for 20 years! Well, 2 nights later it poured and we heard water around 10pm. Went into the bathroom where the skylight was and water was pouring in. We had to line up the trash cans from the garage to catch it all along with the drywall that became so absorbed with water that it also fell from the ceiling... read more
