Continues to be an unreliable service. While management is verbally attentive, the company repeatedly does not call nor provide a temporary aide solution. Many aides need further education on professionalism and on working with the disabled and needy. Excessive anxiety and stress for patients is not what they need.
RJ Healthcare has been a Godsend! Waited many years to get assisted living and was grateful to finally receive the support! Pam coordinated everything for a smooth transition with Nancy as the head nurse and Simona as my moms caretaker! She is amazing and my mom is very happy! They will even perform periodic checks and visit our home to ensure my moms safety and care. We are so very happy to be working with RJ Healthcare and highly recommend to anyone needing the extra support!
Very unreliable service. They give short notices of absence or don't contact at all. Aids do not stick to responsibilities, do not follow instructions of their own nurses, argue with relatives, talk back. It is just the shortage of aids that keeps us using this service.
