You put a guy behind the wheel of a truck with a trailer on it who clearly doesn’t know what he’s doing and block the entire golden strip, incompetence at its best
I had two leaks that needed to be fixed and Ryan, who was the gentleman that came to take care of the problem was not only very professional, but he was also friendly and kindly went out of his way to explain what he found and what needed to be done. He was very knowledgeable and helpful as I humorously told him plumbing was not my calling. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to come and take care of the problem. I am very pleased with the work that was done and I would definitely go with R & J Ertel and Ryan again!😊
R&J Ertel saved the day for us. Late on a Friday evening I posted a Facebook “hey, AC died, who do you recommend…” many suggested Ertel. I called and they sent their on-call technician out right away, he diagnosed the problem quickly, and had it repaired by noon THE NEXT DAY. The technician was prompt, professional, courteous, a great communicator, and entirely competent. THANK YOU.
We have 2 AC units that both went out at the start of a heat wave. First the one unit and then the other. Steven had a guy out within the hour to look at it and came out himself when the 2nd unit failed. We decided it was best to replace the very old units and also switch over to natural gas for the furnace units. Kris was amazing with helping us out on cost and prioritizing us in the schedule. Hello, my experience has been awesome with R&J Ertel. I had contacted someone else like 3 or 4 weeks ago. They never came through to help us. My brother called me and told me Steven Ertel wanted me to call him. He is r very nice man. It has been so very hot and Steven and 3 other guys went out of their way in this heat to get us up and running with AC again! Im so very thankful for these help.
