I worked directly with Richard, and then his team led by Greg came to our home to handle a wide range of electrical work — new outlets, wiring for a water heater, security camera installation, and doorbell wiring. They were extremely communicative and came up creative solutions for running wiring in our older Capitol Hill row house. These electricians are the best along with the best customer service! No two or four hour window, always on time or early. Earlier in the year Richard and his crew did a heavy-up and today Richard repaired a dining room light fixture which had frayed wiring. He is very thorough, knowledgable, and personable. RJ Electric Works is now my "go-to" company for electrical work!
I am so happy with the work this company did. Richard and his team provided superior customer service, and great quality work at a reasonable price. Four guys came to install light fixtures and do the required patchwork. They were all super nice and did a great job. Before and after photos shown here. They took down track lighting and installed three pendants… and converted a recessed light to another pendant light. They patched, painted and cleaned up after. I will definitely use them again!
Richard is the only electrician I will call. He is a very experienced technician, knows his way around Pepco and DC Permits, and is straightforward and honest and fair. He is also a very nice guy, and all this is why he is the only one I call.
This is an excellent company. I had an emergency situation, and they were professional and pleasant. The Master Electrician came to my home when he said he would, explained everything thoroughly, and completed the repairs in a timely manner. I recommend them highly. Sonia B.
