I made a complaint regarding an issue with my neighbors. I received an immediate phone call and visit the same day. Being in Property Management I understand the issues large communities such as Spanish Cove can face and why issues can go ignored from non caring or overwhelmed staff. That is not the case with R Investments. They do care and are striving to change the reputation of this community. I truly appreciate Mr. Mullens concern and as a resident i will do my part to help keep our community up.
