Janet was on top of everything from the beginning. She kept me informed about the insurance, the timing, and whether I wanted an original windshield or not. The customer service from her was great. My windshield took about a week to arrive. However, on the day of the appointment, the technician was about an hour late, and the only updates I received were because I had to call for information. These guys are Awesome! I got a small rock chip in my 2022 tundra the day before, I called them and they sent Jose out and he did an awesome job filling the crack and was done in under 45 mins.

I’m a Uber driver and this past Sunday the windshield on my 2017 Chrysler Pacifica was broken by a golf ball. I called Safelite Autoglass and their soonest repair availability was 8 days in the future. I called R&I Auto glass on Tuesday morning and provided the vin for my vehicle. Hours passed and called them back in the afternoon. I provided again the same info and stressed the fact that I needed an estimate and repair quickly do to the nature of my job.
