He was the 1st to call. Hired him immediately. He LEFT his current job to fix an emergency for my apartments. When he got here, the project had changed. He calmly took on the new project. He is efficient, prompt, honest and moves fast. He know what he is doing and I would have no problem leaving him at the apartments to complete a job. I was very impressed with his efficiency and skills.

We received Rich's number through the service magic website. He along with two others contacted us within an hour. The other two didn't seem interested in the job or what I needed done. Rich talked to us and figured out exactly what we needed. We did all of this on a Sunday and by Monday morning he was at our home running the lines and installing the breakers. He was on time and efficient the job looks great and everything looks as if he was never there (meaning he didn't trash the place). I would definatly use him again and... read more
