They took over as the property management company for the apartment complex I live in. Do not move into any of their properties. They will ignore your requests completely. They lure in tenants by offering low rent costs but then refuse to match that price for the current tenants. Slimy and unethical company. Refuse to repair gates and maintain pools. You’ve been warned!
Most horrible landlord ever. They will try to manipulate you and get as much money out of you and NEVER do repairs. Terrible customer service.
This company, instead of helping or providing solutions, only creates problems for users. They don't have the slightest willpower. If you have the opportunity, use another more reliable company that you can trust. Here you will only find problems.
