I would never use this company again! They improperly installed one of the gutters on the back of my house. I called them they fixed one part of the mess and I called again. Ray came out looked at it and my facia board was about an inch too high. I asked him why they didn't see that when they installed it and his reply was it wasn't like that when they installed it, I guess it grew. William Oliver if you are going to write a negative review please take the time to write the complete truth of what really happened. What really happened was that we did a full custom color gutter and gutter guard install for you back on March 12, 2020. Collected payment from you and didn't hear about any negative issues until this past Oct. You said that you had a roofer out who said that the gutters are lifting the shingles. I was having an issue with the gutter overflowing. They were not clogged. The pitch was not able to be changed. They resolved the issue by adding a downspout. They were very professional, completed the work the same day (within a hour). I know who I am calling if I have gutter issues....R. Fitzgerald!!
I asked them to come give me an estimate on new gutters for my house. He stopped by and said we needed a lot of roof work done. I was surprised that a gutter company did roofs also. I am not contractor so how would I know that. He got offended I guess and started telling me he knew his business, of which he has three, and it would probably cost $10K for h to fix it. After we asked a few more questions he said he would call with an estimate that evening or the next morning. He never returned the call.
reasonable and did a great job and it was so easy. I came home to gutters put on my house and was happy to pay them. very easy transaction. good people! definitely recommend.
