Mobbed up and totally unprofessional. My kid and his girlfriend rented an apartment in Hoboken through this real estate agency. First, the owner made them leave for an hour, because he said he wanted to yell at his employees. Then, when they moved in, the apartment was dirty and the doorknobs broken. I rented an apartment through one of their agents, Dolores England. 154 6th Street was the apartment rented to me however it seems that the apartment did not have a CO. I was appalled by this fact. The apartment had hidden holes in the walls behind the refrigerator and oven that I was not notified of, I was also told by the real estate agent that the furniture could be removed however I only came to find this out to be a lie as the landlord would not allow me to remove much of the furniture.
