I stopped at the Edina store today with a unique challenge for the repair expert: headphone jack broken off inside my granddaughter's Ipad. Within 20 minutes these congenial professionals had the piece out and I was on my way. After futile attempts at the Apple store and a local watch repair shop I was ready to give up.
