Love Dr. Sneed and his entire staff! I never dread going to the dentist; in fact, I look forward to it! I would never go anywhere else.
I have been going for a few years. The facility is great, the dentist is wonderful, but I had a bad experience with one of his assistants. I went in once and I described where and how my teeth were hurting, and in previous dental offices, the staff immediately knew what was wrong. But this dental assistant kept asking about it over and over, before the dentist came in, using a flustered tone as if she had never heard of my problem before, and I was either stupid or wasting her time. I have had a great experience with the whole staff. Very friendly and accommodating. I especially appreciate Deidra, who did an excellent job cleaning my teeth.
