AWFUL management. Terrible communication-its impossible to get ahold of anyone who works there when a resident needs assitance, poor maintenance, service, cleanliness of the building- overall everything. Rent is too high for how bad this establishment is. Wish I did more research before moving into the leeward ave apartment. also parking is HORRIBLE. Do not suggest moving there.
I’ve never had to deal with a more incompetent group of people in my life. Would rate 0 if I could.
No Response from Management! Not sure if Kenya Rivera is with the company since she has gone MIA on me August! Been requesting updates with my situation at 962 Magnolia and she assured the problem would be resolved long time ago, now my emails go un-answered
