No Response from Management! Not sure if Kenya Rivera is with the company since she has gone MIA on me August! Been requesting updates with my situation at 962 Magnolia and she assured the problem would be resolved long time ago, now my emails go in answered
Absolutely horrible management. They harass and lie. They make verbal and email promises with you and then change their mind in person. They say they leave notes on the system but then have no idea what you’re referring to. They manage to not communicate on work being done. They are extremely unpredictable and unprofessional and offer the lowest of quality housing. 0/10 would never recommend.
Had a terrible experience with David. I had a viewing appointment and double-checked with him this morning that there is parking in the area, because I figured there might not be. I didn't want to waste anyone's time by showing up and there not being parking. David assured me that it's "Not that hard on the block".
