Nice people who work there. But my wait in the back room on 2 separate occasions was waaay to long. Over an hour both times.
Dr. Wills had a condescending attitude towards me during my visit. He asked who referred me to him because he didn’t feel there was anything wrong and that I didn’t need to be there. I had explained to him that I had been living with worsening and debilitating symptoms for months, even after physical therapy and conservative treatments. When he went over the history of why I was there, he didn’t seem to listen based on his responses to my answers and seemed dismissive of my pain.
Everything was super organized in the office and clean. And due to the fact that I had boots on both feet, I Headed to tell the questions about if it felt right and then the nurse Her name was Brittney helped me all the way to the car made sure I was all settled. She even helped me go to the bathroom prior to that. The nurse is at this practice really go above and beyond. And Dr Willis is very thorough and he’s just very straightforward.
