RDent has been excellent to work with to improve quality of life in a patient without many other options. We encountered a terminally ill patient missing multiple upper teeth that we wanted to help. Reached out to RDent regarding a Duraflex partial to help the patient smile again. Not only did RDent exceed our expectations but they also showed a similar sympathy for the patients situation. Bad experience will never use again. They shipped the case out and was on hold because of winter weather. Called to get updates and told was stuck in Nashville and would ship out in order as received. Still nothing. I called today 2/5 and then tells me the case is lost when they found out earlier in the week and didn't bother to tell me until I called today. This is a group group of folks. Daxton has built an amazing team of professionals that are prompt, courteous, and on time. Their dental work is second to none.
This dental laboratory has worked out great for us. They are knowledgeable, provide great communication and quick turnaround time. Also, my esthetic cases are amazing. I am excited to continue working with R Dent.
I've enjoyed working with R-Dent for several years, and patients are satisfied with their fixed & removeable prosthetics. They help transform smiles! R-Dent does a great job handling high volume, and they are always willing to provide expertise on more advanced cases.
