Our kid’s bathroom developed a leak, and I called 3 or 4 plumbers in or near Altoona leaving messages, but R&D is the only one who called me back. We discussed the leak and one other need my wife and I had, to install a whole home water filter. They got us on their calendar for the following Wednesday. The owners of this business are bigoted and hateful. They used hate speech and harassed a disabled teenager at their business. Absolutely terrible. Shameful.
Absolutely horrible bigoted people working here. Making fun of disabled children and calling them horrible names to their face is completely unacceptable. Disgraceful and disgusting.
Moving into a new home is always an experience. I had a concern over the water heater operation during the snow storm last night and called R&D to get some thoughts. Doyle was AWESOME and answered my questions. He offered further assistance if needed. Very Knowledgeable, Helpful and Friendly.
