UPDATE to Original Review (in response to R&D Motors’ reply): I want to publicly address the owner’s response to my review, which attempts to deflect accountability with false claims and selective information. Let me be very clear: I never tampered with the GPS tracker. The dealership was directly informed by Mercedes-Benz of the tracking device’s faulty installation, which caused over $6,000 in damage to my vehicle over the course of ownership—confirmed in writing by Mercedes and acknowledged by R&D staff at the time. I bought an H3 2007 Hummer. They said the only service it needed was 4x4 servo which they ordered. When I goto service the fluids a few days later both differentials were empty. I filled them on my own dime and reported this to the dealership. Safety and fraud being on my mind. Upon inspection the bushings and yokes for front and back were damaged. Said dealership promised to fix the issue. Within a day they backed out and offered a refund. This refund excludes the costs associated with filling said primary component. Nor di... read more
