Bought a vehicle in June and still haven’t received a title. They claim to call me back after I inquire about the issue. Their only remark is there is a problem with the title but, no explanation on the actual problem. I have called the TDMV to report the issue.
I passed it multiple times n today decided it was my choice to get it
i got a car from them on way home check engine light came on they told me they would take care of it , i took it in & they keep giving me the runaround & won’t let me change cars or refund money, it’s been 2 months. mechanic says it’ needs a new turbo charger and that’s just under 1,000 . DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!! K.Lyssy
Was a little skeptical as this was the first small dealership I’ve bought from, but I’m more than happy with my experience. Gus was super helpful in helping me find the right car for me, and was great in working with me on financing. Would 100% recommend this place :) super friendly staff as well!
I was helping my nephew buying a used car, and found R&D Motors on 53rd St. by chance. I am very glad I came across this place. Staff was friendly and helpful, and especially Gustavo was amazing. He helped us with paperworks, and carefully explained the process of buying a used car and getting a title. The whole experience was very pleasant and we felt we were well taken care of. I recommend R&D Motors to anyone who are looking for a reliable used car.
