These guys are awesome! They were on site to get my truck towed within 30 minutes. Both time I've used them, 30 min! I was going to have my truck towed to Ford after another mechanic could not figure out why my 7.3 wouldnt start. been sitting 10 years. The tow driver said, let us give it a try. they had it started the next day! couldn't be happier!! will definitely use again.
Over last week i noticed a whinning in my car. I was very scared due to this vehicle being the only one me and my husband share for work and buying necessities and taking our daughter on trips. When i arrived, they were more than prepared for me! Sadly the type of vehicle i have, when it gets to a certian high milage the cam shaft VVT starts to whine. I was stranded on the side of the road with a blown out tire after "another roadside service" left me saying he couldn't help me. Needless to say I was emotional and it was getting dark. R & D Automotive came to my rescue with great customer service and even helped calm me down while changing out my tire and making sure everything was safe. I can't say thank you enough!!!
