My husband was sent to the er from Dr Beldner office last week because of the pain in his lungs they did CT scan which showed he had fluids around his lungs sent him home with a few pain killers and told him to follow up with the Dr which is a week away still having severe pain and can't get a call back from Dr Beldner after two days of trying very disappointed i thought RSF was a great place to go but now I'm not to sure

Dr James Keffer is a Doctor who seems to care about his patients rather than a simple fix, treat the symptom and leave my office kind of of guy. He seems genuinely concerned and determined to find a solution. He also, provides additionally concern over the patient for all other areas of need. After several months of repeating our issues and concerns we finally found a Doctor who practices by his oath for the benefit of his patient. Awful hospital. Went into ER for Covid in August of 21, my deductible was fully satisfied, yet they turned the amount between the bill and what my medical insurance paid over to collections without billing me for it. I'm now 6 months from that point and still cannot get them to zero out the balance and retract the amount in collections. I all the sudden became severely ill and doubled over in abdominal pain. My brain was telling me something severe was happening to my body. I called in and without blood or other technical tests he recognized my problem as Diverticulitus and told me to go directly to St Francis hospital and he already made an appointment for a CT Scan. Horrible… I would never go back, 3 hours wasted Went in for a terrible headache, they did an EKG and didn’t treat the headache… I left feeling worse… no info, and gave me meds for nausea… never said I needed that, left me sitting in the room over an hour after Dr discharged me as if they were so busy, as I was leaving like 10 of them just sitting at a desk doing nothing. A complete waste of time…
