We consulted with Robert after suspected hail damage on our roof. He was pretty attentive at the beginning, but with the continual rains occurring, our appts. with him and our insurance adjuster kept getting pushed back. (8 times to be exact). He missed appointments, had to be reminded constantly. On the 8th appt. we called him the night before as a reminder and his exact words were "Thanks for reminding me. I'll be there." Our company was working with you on this project for over 8 months, without having any contract signed. we did make numerous appointments with the Insurance adjuster, that had to be canceled and moved to another day, due to the weather conditions. those appointments accounted to about 14 hours or 2 working days of my time. I did miss the last appointment due to personal reasons, however, my presence was not required for the insurance adjuster to inspect the roof. it was only... read more
We interviewed several contractors to do our roof replacement project. We were most impressed with Mr. Celeste, and felt comfortable proceeding with his company. We're extremely happy with the work that was completed by R. Celeste Construction, and highly recommend them.
Robert and his team did an excellent job replacing the roof on my gazebo. It was a challenging job.
