RecommendedThe transaction was almost all done VIA email and text. Rob my sales man was awesome, he was totally transparent about OTD pricing and my payment. I was coming from over an hour away and he had all the paperwork ready to go, I just inspected truck and reviewed the paperwork and was out in exactly an hour! All the concerns I voiced, Rob assured would be handled and he got them all taken care of! Will be back for sure!

I recently purchased my third vehicle from RC. If that doesn't speak volumes, I'm not sure what else could. All 3 vehicle purchases have been pleased with. We purchased a 2017 Mirage 3 years ago and it was the easiest and quickest experience with buying a car we have ever had. We worked with Tony then. So I get a text from Anthony about:my credit app, asking if he can call me. After saying yes,instead if doing so he sends another text asking how he can help me, really? I need to spell it out? amazing, and still no call.
I just bought my truck there and Russell was great! He took his time going over the truck and made the financing easy to understand (which is a first since most won't go the distance like that).
This is the worst dealership I've ever dealt with. very nice to you when your there to spend money, if you total out your vehicle and have to get back in touch with them for insurance and gap purposes they will treat you worse than yesterdays garbage! Calling the dealership and being treated with such disrespect, the lady actually sighed at me!!! like I was wasting her time. They have never called me back and I had to pay out of pocket to keep my credit in good standing. Buyer beware!
Gentleman called to give us a purchase price for our used truck ... we decided the next day (less than 24 hours) to accept his offer. Was NOT valid the next day .... quoted us way below the first offer. 😔 Guess that’s how they do business but not our style !
