I had my first experience with R&C auto repair today. I was a little hesitant as anyone would be taking your car to a new mechanic. I have to say I was absolutely impressed. You can tell Russ takes very much pride in his work, the shop was well kept and seemed very organized. Everyone there was very welcoming. I will be taking my cars to R&C auto from now on. I highly recommend them!
It was a very clean and well organized shop. I noticed that it had about 6 bays for servicing cars. It looks very promising.
We have had Russ take care of our vehicles for YEARS! He is honest and an excellent mechanic. You can trust him to treat you with utmost respect. You would be hard pressed to find anyone with the knowledge and integrity that Russ has!
Truly the most honest, caring mechanic and people in the business! I am always willing to take my car from Endicott to Owego for all my automotive needs.
We have been faithful customers to R & C Auto for over 10 years... you will not find a more honest auto mechanic. PERIOD. Russ has serviced all our vehicles no matter what the Make or Model ( don't get him going on what Makes he prefers) Russ takes pride in his work also and stands behind it. Give him a try..you will go back!
First time using R&C. Was having a problem with tire noise in the cabin of the car, also had an issue with the front brakes. Left the car with Russ. Later he called and said he had driven the care and gave me his evaluation. He was very honest and forthright with what he found. Gave me an estimate for the work that had to be done and was confident it would solve my concerns and problems. Gave him the green light and he had the work done promptly. Our 1st time experience having R & C Auto Repair take care of a problem for us. Even though we only had a short time span we could be in the Owego area, Russ, the owner, accepted our request for help needing a repair to our Saturn Vue. We will certainly return with any other issues even though we live over 3 hours away. Means alot to find a trustworthy & knowledgeable repairman! "Thanks" for the experience!!
