If there was a negative star I would give that. Such poor work and overcharged for every aspect of the repair. Was told I had a gas leak in my line after an ignitor repair. Come to find out he could not remove the old ignitor and placed the new one which I prepurchased in the wrong side of the oven . Leaving. Both inside . Replaced a perfectly good gas line with an overpriced new one and still smelled gas, Because the ignitor was not replaced properly which caused the gas smell. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! The technician told me the motor was the problem on my dryer. Skeptical of the technician, I called Appliance Doctor and that was not the issue with my dryer at all. It was a belt. Patrons take my advice do not use them!!!!!!!! I was not given a receipt indicating that a service was even provided but he guaranteed me a quote of $275 for 30 days on top of the service charge of $80. Shady business practices!!!!!!! I wish I could have given 0 stars!!!!!!!!
