I don’t think I will shop around for HVAC experts anymore, now that I found Rick. I wanted an expert who could explain things, not just a technician of a large company who would upsell services. I texted n spoke with him on phone. He arrived the very next day and fixed my A/C in minutes. He is a guy I could relate to - honest and to the point. He gave some preventative maintenance tips, and reasonable suggestions for replacing my 25 year old unit. I will call him back to replace it soon. Thanks Rick.

Our AC went out the morning 6/22/17. Our home warranty company - American Home Shield - was worthless and we had to find our own resolve. After calling dozens of contractors around the area we were able to speak with Rick. He was very professional and basically diagnosed possible issues over the phone. He made the time to see us the evening of the same day we spoke. He quickly assessed the problem and had our AC up and running within 30min. We are very grateful for his punctuality and overall expertise.
