Receptionist was unnecessarily rude. Something needs to be done about her.
I spoke to the the district manager very rude unprofessional. She hang up on me. I’m having water pressure issues I don’t want her Plummer inside my home they steal. Sadly, the way she treated me over the phone just remember you’re just an employee for the company you can be replaced less than a week. I don’t know who you can let people work in this place of work. Very disappointed.

What a rip off for an apartment I rented for only 7 months. Half of my security deposit was taken to clean carpet which I agree, every new tenant should go in a just washed carpet apartment. But I spent enough time to leave place spotless from kitchen to bathrooms leaving it cleaner than when I first got it. Never put nail or screw in the walls to hang anything and they are charging me like they hired a full cleaning crew and painted the whole apartment.
