I have shopped at R. Blooms for almost all of the last twenty-five years they have been in business. Over the years, I have gotten to know the owners Richard and Judy, and their charming staff. They and their staff bring a wonderful joy, excitement, creativity, and knowledge of their floral arrangements, gifts and home goods to the Lake Oswego and Portland-Metro area. All year round their shop is filled with visual and sensory delights--even more so during the holiday season. I couldn't recommend them enough!
Excellent service with a smile :)) ordered from out of state to cheer my daughter recovering from surgery. How nice to deal with a local business vs some unknown internet entity. Richard even sent me a photo of the completed arrangement which was just beautiful (affordable too)! Definitely a five plus star florist.
