Well... we asked to have something installed under camper to hold spare tire and jason was hesitant that it would work but then he said it would work. He installed it and it dragged the ground many times on our trip. We had to take it down. This was 340 dollars and he will not take the part off and send it back. Central Va RV will be our new RV service place and they said they could not believe RB Taylor installed that. Central Va Rv said they can fix it. I called to have a gooseneck hutch put in my truck, and they installed it in under a day. We’re accommodating to my needs since I couldn’t get there before they closed. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I would recommend them to anyone I know.

We recently purchased a new camper from R.B Taylor & Sons. The experience was absolutely amazing. I was extremely impressed with their level of customer service and knowledge of their products.
They are wonderful people. they have always had GREAT DEALS AND STAND BEHIND ALL THAT THEY SELL. BOUGHT A 1999 37 FT. FROM RB SR BACK THEN. NOW IT IS SITTING IN THE YARD AND NOTHING TO PULL IT WITH. NEEDS WORK DONE ON IT BUT THE INSIDE IS STILL PRETTY.
