For many years , Tilden Car Care in Royal Beach has been taken care of my car ; they have done a superb job every time . Ted , the general manager informed me in details exactly the problem of my car and how they would resolve and the price . I will continue to bring my car for repair because they provided great service . God bless everyone @ Tilden .
Ok I got one for you how about this. I have My car towed their for him to look at and give me a quote. Instead he takes it upon himself to say the O2 sensor was bad and needed to be replaced for 450.00... Really the price of a sensor isn't even close to that. Anyways again he replaced it on his own and without any consent to fix it and guess what.... that didn't fix the problem...While I was at work My wife had to tow my car out of there I had it repaired for under 100.00, My then wife took him to small claims court and won ... read more
I couldn't agree more with all the negative comments about this shop, on many review sites. After multiple visits three strikes your out. I was baited by the yellow card, you know the one. Every time it was, you need a brake fluid and power steering flush. One time a transmission flush. I am now at a reputable honest repair shop where the engine of my pickup is being changed out. All I can say is stay away, very shady guy and I WILL NEVER go there again, front door advertise 59 brake job, came back to a 179.00 brake job. Crooks
THEODORE RUSSO IS A MULTIPLE FELON. Went in for a routine brake pad change. Was quoted 179 for front and 179 for rear. Time to pay bill - $600. Next day brakes were not working properly, car was vibrating violently at highway speeds and cruise control feature had been disabled. Went back in an attempt at restitution - after a pointless discussion I was told by 'TED' that nothing would be done about my car. Ted Russo = career criminal Beware this blue-collar Bernie Madoff. This fraudulent repair shop is trying to rip my family off out of more than $3,500. I'm still trying to get it straightened out with my credit card company. If you do a Google search on Ted Russo's name, you will find at least two mugshots, yes, MUGSHOTS for previous arrests. not recommended I recently went to get my brakes replaced and was told my brake fluid needed to be flushed several times. Trusting that it was nessesary to been done I agreed to the service ($59.99) Plus a $26 hidden "shop supply" fee to find out later. A week later I went to another local shop Ive been going to for years for a oil change. Everything checked out well but to my suprise they said my brake fluid was highly contaminated and needed a brake fluid flush asap. Do No Trust This Company My son took his car in after an accident for an inspection, he was told he needed new brake pads and that was all. When he brought in his car his entire brake system was replaced without an estimate given to me, the legal owner, or to him. The total came to around $1030.00. Later my son took the car to another repair shop at the recommendation of a mediator.
