I was having issues with my side by side so I called Adam at Capital Yamaha and told him that I think I have water in my oil, not sure if it was a head gasket or something else. I set an appt on sept 1st and dropped it off. I received a voice mail on 9/4/18 and additional voicemails from Adam after diagnostic tests that it was my water pump and not my head gasket causing the issue and I authorized him to order the parts and fix it. The experience of buying a brand new 2017 wr250r was smooth and enjoyable. The first service for the machine at 600 miles was efficient and quick. The install of a exhaust went well. Then at 1100 miles, 4 weeks after I bought it. It stopped operating. After 9 weeks, multiple misdiagnosis, suspected due back today, I find out that they found out they don't have a tool to put everything back together. Everytime they order parts it takes a week. Great customer service, made my family & I feel very welcomed. Pete was our salesman very friendly & knowledgeable. Asked for what I wanted & gave me exactly what I asked for. A White 2017 Yamaha Grizzly 700! He had services department add the fluids, oils, gas & had it ready in less than 30mins so I could test drive it. I fell in love with it & signed off on it. The service department is outstanding. My FJR 1300 was damaged about 2 weeks ago and they got it fixed quickly and kept me in the loop through the whole process. I have never had a better experience with a service department in my 30 years of riding!
