I have flipped houses for 15 years and Robert N Gardner was the worst agent I have ever encountered. Super rude from the get go and told him to cancel the showing but he insisted and I wanted to see the house but he lack complete professionalism. I feel bad for the owner of the house who has no clue how bad he is. Run away if you see his name.
