First experience was a great experience. I came in with tight hip, glute, and leg pain from motorcycle riding and Amy's experience as a massage therapist for bull riders really came in to play for all the right reasons! She knew exactly where to prioritize and kept amazing communication checking in throughout. She does work from home, so if you are allergic to dogs Amy may not be the best fit for you. Otherwise, I highly recommend! Great massage with arguably the cutest front staff. Will absolutely be back again!
I was looking for a massage therapist and Amy was just the person I need it. After the massage I felt amazing. She is very flexible with her scheduling so it is a plus for anyone that is busy.
A talented and knowledgeable RMT. I have been to many massage therapists over the years and Amy with R and R massage therapy is by far the best. The flexible hours, skilled hands, and extensive knowledge make her worth every penny!
