Top notch service
Took our trailer in for warranty work, never got an update on progress, took a month for warranty work on fixing a step. They just welded the broke step up. Then after all of that, they lost our key. After repeated calls and no contact from Julio, we finally gave up and just paid to have a new one made. I should add, I asked before bringing my trailer to them if they would be able to work the warranty issue, Julio assured me no problems. I would never recommend this place, and will certainly never buy from them.
I needed the lights on my boat trailer fixed in short time before a trip. The team at RJ looked it over and agreed to rewire it by the day I needed it. It turned out that they worked ahead and had it done a day earlier, and at half the quoted cost. The job was not as involved as they expected, and they demonstrated their honesty by not charging me anything more than what they actually did. Quality of work was excellent. I highly recommend their services.
