They came out to do a five minute job. theysaid they were there an extra hour and 25 minutes called customer Service they agreed to mark it down to an hour i had already diagnosed the problem they needed to check to see which problem it was they didn't even look
If my dryer was not under warranty with Whirlpool, I would have never went to this company. They do not listen to the customer and do not schedule by an appointment time to ensure someone will be at the house. Even had the nerve to ask if it was okay if I was okay if we left them to fix the dryer if we had to leave. R & D would you like if a stranger was in your house? I don't think so!
