I was without an A/C Unit for a week, and you guys let me borrow two window units until the insurance company came to a decision. Which my family was very greatful for. My new unit was put in today and it works great! Glad to have air again for sure! Everyone was very proffesional and polite, Highly recommended!

I am beyond upset. I set up an appointment for 330 as that was the only time available. I took off work early and used my PTO so I could be home. At 330 no one arrives. I called and they said they were running late. Never heard from anyone since.
Terrible customer service!! Was told I would receive a call for a quote.... never did! Called to make an appointment and they never showed!! Not even a call!! Called to see why nobody showed and was told sorry commercial customers come first... not even a sorry or can we reschedule!!! Would let them work on my dog house!! Avoid like the plague!!!!
The service was immediate this morning when I woke up with no heat. Barry was, efficient and very pleasant. I would recommend R and D to anyone under their new ownership. Thanks Margo!

The name says it all. Reliable and Dependable! They went above and beyond to make sure our new unit was installed the same day. Berry Ferrell worked into the night and wouldn't leave until the job was completed, even though we told him that we were ok with him coming back later. I would recommend R&D to anyone and everyone. You lead a great team John Clark!!!!!
So thankful for R&D getting our heat unit ordered and installed so quickly!! And a huge thanks to Barry Ferrell for the great job he did!!!
Thanks to R & D we got our air fixed on Saturday afternoon when the temp was 95 and everyone was closed. They came out within 30 minutes and had my AC up and running in no time. So thankful for John & Margo Scott for making this happen. If you need heating & air or repairs call R&D Electric!! ❤️
