By 2001, Dr. Morales had completed his psychiatric training and residency at the University of Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia. As a Bay Area native, Dr. Morales returned locally and has operated a private practice since 2001. Dr. Morales has been board-certified as a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology since 2003.
