By getting rid of your nurses that things and statements such as " Ihope you never need healthcare , you prick", when they called out about trying to give medical advice online. Extremely rude when called out about such things as being told that the job they have is to do as they are told, were not a surgeon nor the patient that this person and do not have any reason to make any response as such.
