I have used RA Gray in the past and have had a number of issues with them both in service and billing. I will say upfront they are pleasant people and have always been on-time and highly communicative. Last year I hired them to clean my convector units in two condo units I own in the same complex at a quoted price of 60.00 per unit (5 units total). The purpose of the maintenance and cleaning is to make sure the units are functioning properly and most importantly that the condensate lines are clear as backups can be an issue.... read more
