I purchased a galvanic unit from R.A. Fischer. I paid for shipping from the seller's place of business to my house. After opening my package I discovered that the device was defective on arrival. I paid to ship the device back to the seller. The seller is now offering to ship the purportedly repaired device back to me at my expense.
